DESCRIPTION:
Making the call to replace old, unsafe storage isn’t always the easiest decision for a company to make. But Aurora Co-op is very happy that they decided to take down an old 400,000-bushel grain bin and replace it with a standalone 1.5 million bushel Macon Building. The new 1000 bushel dump pit and 30k/hour receiving system means their customers can dump and get back to the fields faster than ever. The 7’ x7’ full reclaim tunnel with a 20,000 bph conveyor, and flush-floor aeration makes emptying the building a breeze.
