DESCRIPTION:
It’s always a great day for everyone involved when a company decides to eliminate a high risk, high labor bunker and replace it with a Macon building. The labor costs that are saved from not having to put out and pick up the grain, the ongoing price for replacement tarps and months of electric usage from the fans are easily quantifiable. However, the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your grain is now protected when there are high winds or a power outage, that one is harder to put a price tag on. CVA was able to eliminate a 500k bushels ground pile, add additional permanent grain storage and increase their receiving speed by more than double at a very attractive price.
