This was a 2-phase project. About 5 years ago, we completely revamped their dilapidated ground pile, replacing it with a new slab, 18’ walls, and a fixed catwalk around the perimeter. They were able to use their existing fill equipment, and ended up with a nice bunker. A few years later they decided to complete the project and install a building over the top. The walls had been designed and built to carry the building load, and with the addition of the trusses, we were able to add the MaconMaximizerTM patented grain curtain, adding almost 500,000 bushels of storage. New fill equipment was also added, granting them more control over the filing process.
